of our event but
something to share with everyone. Most of the time, though, cakes were
only shared by the couple and a few other people so we thought it would
be best if most -if not all- of our guests will be able to take part
of it, thus the idea of cup cakes and minis came into the picture.
Enter Cake Engineer. After quite a few search and a little patience, we eventually zero-in a worthy artist cum supplier/creator of our dream wedding cake. A short FB inquiry started it all and both of our enthusiasms merged into what we call a cloudy dream that was slowly coming into clear form.
A few days after, we were traveling towards Capas, Tarlac (Thanks to Ms. Jem Florida, who gladly accompanied us to the place) to meet with Ms. Jenna, the Cake Engr, herself, at her house for the cake tasting. From then on we knew we were right from the start about our decision to have her hands all over our dream cake. We were presented with some couple of flavors for the base ranging from moist chocolate, red velvet, vanilla with lemon to pine orange, banana and carrapple. We were given the option to choose for several assorted bases but we eventually ended up deciding to pick just two: Moist Chocolate and Carrapple, all with Buttercream frosting as fondant.
Fast forward to our event on the 29th of September -it was a success. What more can we ask for from the Cake Engr who provided the best cake we ever dreamed of during our very special day? Truly, it's the cake that counts.
